Full job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage end-to-end client relationships, from initial inquiry through successful event execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, ensuring seamless event delivery and consistently high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client inquiries and accurately understand event requirements and expectations.
Conduct client meetings, develop detailed event briefs, and present innovative concepts and solutions.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and production staff to ensure smooth execution of events.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations, and follow up for timely approvals.
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the planning and execution phases.
Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and supervise on-ground event execution as required.
Ensure timely delivery of all event deliverables within the approved budget and scope.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Address client concerns promptly and ensure complete resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, project timelines, and event progress reports.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive, proactive, and client-centric approach.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and event execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or event management. Freshers with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered.

Strong passion for events, hospitality, and experiential marketing.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and strong customer orientation.
Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, based on event requirements.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and as per company standards.
