Hiring ObjectiveTroveful Coldvault is hiring a Senior Sales Associate and a Junior Sales Associate to strengthen the sales function, grow revenue, and expand client reach across the Kochi region. The senior associate will drive key accounts and outreach strategy; the junior associate will build the pipeline and support day-to-day client engagement, learning directly from the senior associate. Job Description 1: Senior Sales AssociateLocation: Kochi, KeralaEmployment Type: Full-time, on-siteExperience Required: 3-6 years in B2B/B2C sales or business developmentReports To: Founder / Sales ManagerRole SummaryOwn the sales targets for an assigned territory or client segment. Lead new client acquisition, manage and grow existing key accounts, and mentor the junior sales associate. This role is central to Troveful Coldvault's growth in client reach and revenue.Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
Build and manage a pipeline of new business through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
Own key client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for major accounts
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Mentor and guide the junior sales associate on outreach technique, objection handling, and CRM discipline
Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM; report pipeline status to management
Identify new market segments and partnership opportunities in and around Kochi
Coordinate with operations/fulfillment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
3-6 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Working knowledge of Malayalam and English required; Hindi is a plus
Comfortable with local travel across Kochi and nearby areas for client visits
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) preferred

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

Consistently meets assigned sales targets
Builds a healthy, well-qualified pipeline of new client opportunities
Establishes strong working relationships with at least 3-5 key accounts
Successfully onboards and mentors the junior sales associate

Job Description 2: Junior Sales AssociateLocation: Kochi, KeralaEmployment Type: Full-time, on-siteExperience Required: 0-2 years; freshers with strong communication skills welcomeReports To: Senior Sales Associate / Sales ManagerCompensation: ₹15,000-₹22,000/month fixed (₹1.8-2.6 LPA) + performance incentives; total CTC ₹2-3 LPARole SummarySupport the sales team by generating leads, conducting initial client outreach, and assisting with day-to-day account coordination. This is a strong entry point into a sales career, with direct mentorship from the senior sales associate.Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and field visits
Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales associate with qualified prospects
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and client interactions in the CRM
Assist with follow-ups, quotations, and basic client queries
Support marketing and outreach campaigns (local promotions, events, referral drives)
Learn and apply sales fundamentals under the guidance of the senior sales associate
Help maintain positive relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (any discipline); recent graduates encouraged to apply
0-2 years of experience; internship or part-time sales experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English
Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach
Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace); CRM exposure is a plus
Willingness to travel locally within Kochi for client visits

Builds outreach habits and consistently hits weekly lead-generation targets
Develops confidence in client conversations and objection handling
Maintains clean, reliable CRM records
Progresses toward taking ownership of smaller accounts independently
