Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) Position: Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) Location: Silapathar , Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Starting)

Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–4 years experience in Power tools sales .We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) to join our team in Silapathar. The candidate will be responsible for supporting sales growth, managing customer and dealer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good market knowledge, leadership ability, and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities - Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners. - Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners. - Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and monitor market trends. - Handle sales enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and order closures. - Coordinate with dealers/distributors to ensure smooth product availability and sales. - Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market developments. - Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates. - Support promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns. - Follow up on payments and coordinate with the accounts team when required. - Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Guide and support sales representatives/team members where required. - Ensure proper execution of company policies and sales processes. - Travel within Siliguri and nearby assigned markets as required. Candidate Requirements - Graduate degree preferred. - 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, distribution, or related fields. - Candidates with strong sales experience may also be considered based on capability. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities. - Target-oriented and comfortable working in a competitive sales environment. - Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting. - Ability to work independently as well as with a team. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
