Full job description

Personal Assistant (Full-Time)

Salary: ₹60,000 per month
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12-hour shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to manage my daily schedule and ensure each day runs efficiently. This is a full-time role that requires excellent planning, communication, and time management skills. The successful candidate should be comfortable traveling for work and adapting to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
Plan daily tasks and ensure priorities are executed efficiently.
Coordinate business meetings, travel, and events.
Send reminders and keep track of deadlines and commitments.
Handle calls, emails, and professional correspondence.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up action items.
Assist with business-related administrative tasks.
Travel with the employer when required for business purposes.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Help ensure the day remains organized, productive, and on schedule.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional, polite, and humble personality.
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
Comfortable with frequent work-related travel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹60,000 per month.
