We are actively recruiting Field Sales Executives at two distinct career levels. Whether you're a fresher with raw talent or an experienced professional ready to lead, Abhith Manpower Services offers a structured, performance-driven career path with unlimited earning potential.
You will own the responsibility of:
- Business Development — Identifying and acquiring new clients across our service verticals
- Relationship Management — Building and maintaining long-term client partnerships
- Field Engagement — Conducting site visits, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
- Sales Target Ownership — Driving revenue growth with full accountability and recognition
- Team Leadership (Senior roles) — Mentoring junior executives and scaling regional sales operations

Entry-Level | Ideal for Freshers & Early-Career Professionals
Ideal Profile:
- 0–2 years of sales experience (freshers welcome with strong communication skills)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluent communication in English, Assamese, or Hindi
- High learning agility and coachability
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Two-wheeler mandatory (for field mobility)

- Flexibility to work across shift timings (for site visits)
Senior Sales Executive — Additional Criteria
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in B2B/B2C environment
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
- Proven client management and relationship-building skills
- Leadership experience (mentoring/managing junior team members)
- Strategic thinking and territory expansion capability
