Realestate sales executive job

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

Generate new leads through referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and networking.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain a strong client database.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

2. Client Relationship Management

Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
Provide professional guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

3. Property Presentation

Arrange and conduct site visits for clients.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and legal documentation.
Prepare property presentations and promotional materials.
Coordinate property inspections and demonstrations.

4. Negotiation & Closing

Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers.
Prepare booking forms and coordinate documentation.
Assist clients in completing agreements and registration formalities.
Ensure timely closure of transactions.

5. Documentation & Compliance

Collect and verify customer KYC documents.
Maintain accurate sales records and client documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams when required.

6. Market Research

Monitor competitors, pricing, and market developments.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
Stay updated on new projects and industry trends.

7. Coordination

Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns.
Work closely with CRM, finance, legal, and project teams.
Assist in organizing property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of the local real estate market.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Good presentation and convincing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Time management and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills or candidates with 1–3 years of sales experience may apply.

Preferred Experience

Experience in real estate sales, property consulting, insurance, banking, or direct sales is preferred.

Number of leads generated.
Site visits conducted.
Sales conversions.
Revenue achieved.
Customer satisfaction score.
Follow-up efficiency.
Collection of booking amounts and documentation completion.
Repeat and referral business.
