Job Title: Sr. Quality Executive

Location: Dhaturi, Maharashtra – GVSR Industries Pvt. Ltd.

About the Company:

GVSR Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer in the metal and steel packaging sector, specializing in high-quality steel bottles and metal containers for food-grade applications. We are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality control of steel bottles and other metal products from raw material to finished goods.
Implement and monitor quality management systems in compliance with BIS standards and food-grade certifications.
Conduct regular audits (BIS audit knowledge preferred) to ensure compliance with steel FOD-grade specifications.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to maintain product quality standards.
Identify non-conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks, inspection reports, and audit findings.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in product quality and process efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering or relevant field.
Prior experience in steel bottle manufacturing or metal packaging industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of BIS standards, food-grade steel, and related audits.
Understanding of metal finishing processes, coating, and corrosion resistance.
Proficiency in quality inspection tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting abilities.

Preferred Experience:

2–5 years in quality control/execution in steel bottle or metal packaging lines.
Exposure to best-in-class metal product lines for food-grade applications.
Hands-on experience in BIS audit preparation and compliance.

Personal Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement.
