Hospitality and Workplace Experience Manager - Mumbai
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest & Visitor Management
Own front-of-house experience including reception, lobby, and guest areas
Manage visitor access system (Envoy) and resolve journey bottlenecks
Deliver personalized hospitality for employees, candidates, VVIPs, and industry partners
Maintain security protocols for visitor registration, passes, and escorts
Employee Experience
Serve as approachable point of contact for employee support and requests
Oversee new hire welcome kits and onboarding support
Coordinate visiting employee logistics (access, hot desks, arrivals)
Handle shipping, receiving, mail, and deliveries efficiently
Events & Shoots
Execute internal events: coordinate logistics, vendors, setup, and catering
Ensure event spaces are properly prepared per brief
Support employee events (Snack Attacks, Social Hours) with innovative ideas
Facilitate smooth artist/crew entry and coordination on shoot days
Provide production support including supplies, printing, and F&B services
Vendor & Standards Management
Manage hospitality vendor relationships and service quality
Conduct regular quality checks across office spaces and amenities
Collaborate with facilities and F&B teams on operations and inventory
Maintain consistent pantry and stationery stock levels
Office Operations
Partner with Workplace and Facilities teams on office maintenance
Flag operational issues proactively
Participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) drills and workshops
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in event management, corporate office, co-working space, or premium hospitality
Essential Skills:
Strong operational instincts with proactive problem-solving
Excellent communication: warm, professional, confident across all levels
Genuine people-first mindset with attention to detail
Preferred:
Media, entertainment, or technology environment experience
F&B operations and vendor management familiarity
Hospitality or cinema industry background
Education: Graduate degree (hospitality or related field preferred)

Schedule: 6 days/week, 9 AM - 6 PM (flexibility required)
