We are seeking a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack. We are looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Postgres/MySQL/MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Deploy, host, and maintain applications in production environments.
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
Work with Git and version control systems for collaborative development.

Required Skills

2–3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
Solid knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Experience deploying and hosting MERN applications.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of database design and application architecture.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge Expectations

Candidates should possess strong understanding from basic to advanced levels in:

JavaScript fundamentals and modern ES6+ features.
React concepts, hooks, state management, and component architecture.
