Job Title: Preschool Unit Manager / Center Head

Company: Dibber International Preschool (Ishankshivi Ventures LLP)

Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-time (Mandatory Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly capable, exceptionally organized, and warm Unit Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our preschool center in Bellandur. In this role, you will be the driving force of the center managing daily operations, leading our teaching and support staff, building exceptional parent relationships, executing localized marketing, and ensuring absolute compliance with all our established protocols and digital tools.

Core Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Center Operations: Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of the preschool and daycare center to ensure a smooth, high-quality, and seamless environment.
Protocol, Process & Hygiene Compliance: Ensure 100% strict daily adherence to all established Dibber operational checklists, deep cleaning schedules, safety protocols, and center hygiene standards.
App & Tech Administration: Act as the primary administrator for our dedicated preschool app, auditing and ensuring that teachers update daily logs (attendance, meals, activities, milestones) accurately, and utilizing the platform as the primary tool for real-time parent engagement.
Team Leadership & Academic Quality: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a warm-hearted team of teachers and support staff. Conduct weekly lesson plan audits and classroom observations to ensure the curriculum is delivered beautifully.
Admissions & Revenue Growth: Welcome visiting families, conduct comprehensive center tours, handle admissions inquiries confidently, and drive center enrollments.
On-Site & Off-Site Marketing: Plan and execute marketing activities to boost school visibility:
On-Site: Organizing open houses, weekend center events, festive celebrations, and interactive workshops for parents and children.
Off-Site: Planning local community outreach, establishing corporate tie-ups in nearby tech parks, and representing the preschool at local events or neighborhood apartment complexes.
Parent Relations & Retention: Build strong, positive relationships with existing and prospective families. Act as the primary contact for resolving parent queries and grievances swiftly and smoothly to maintain high student retention.
Facilities & Vendor Management: Supervise the physical upkeep of the facility. Coordinate with external vendors for timely maintenance (CCTV, plumbing, electrical, pest control) and manage center inventory (stationery, pantry, hygiene supplies).
Financial & Administrative Control: Manage the center's daily petty cash with complete transparency, maintain accurate logs, handle essential administrative paperwork, and ensure full compliance with local laws and standard regulations.
Crisis Management: Act as the on-site emergency leader handling unexpected health, safety, or facility disruptions calmly and professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications

Child-Centric Nature: A genuine love, patience, and natural goodness with small children is an absolute, non-negotiable must.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Preschool Coordinator, Center Head, or Center Director with a proven, verifiable track record of managing end-to-end day-to-day operations.
Technical Skills: Must be thoroughly proficient with all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You must possess a strong ability to quickly pick up, master, and comfortably navigate new computer skills, administrative software, and dedicated mobile apps.
Location: Must reside in Bellandur or immediate nearby areas for a smooth, reliable daily commute (Fully on-site role).
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Key Traits: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills. Strong people management abilities, high discipline for following standard operational processes, and a proactive entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
