Job Title: PGT Physics (Residential Role)

Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT Physics teacher to handle senior secondary classes (Grades IX & XII) under the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should be conceptually strong, student-focused, and capable of delivering engaging, application-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to Grades IX & XII in alignment with the CBSE curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment materials
- Focus on conceptual clarity, numerical problem-solving, and exam readiness
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and performance evaluations
- Provide academic support to students, including doubt-clearing sessions
- Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams (JEE/NEET – basic level support)
- Maintain student records and academic reports
- Participate in parent interactions and academic review meetings
- Collaborate with other faculty members for curriculum planning and execution
- Contribute to school activities, mentoring, and overall student development
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. in Physics (mandatory)
- B.Ed. (preferred / mandatory as per CBSE norms)
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary (XI & XII)
- Experience with CBSE curriculum is highly preferred
Skills Required
- Strong subject knowledge and numerical problem-solving ability
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Good classroom management skills
- Effective communication skills (English mandatory; Kannada is an advantage)
- Student-centric teaching approach
- Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology
