UI/UX & Visual Designer – Web, Mobile, Brand & Creative
Location: Bengaluru
Employment: Full-time, work from office
Experience: 2–4 years
Portfolio: Mandatory

About the Role
Rorko India is looking for a versatile UI/UX & Visual Designer who can independently handle design requirements across websites, web applications, mobile apps and marketing communication.
Your core responsibility will be creating wireframes, user interfaces and interactive prototypes in Figma. You will also work on branding, logos, social media creatives, presentation assets and basic video editing.
This is a hands-on design role for someone who can understand a brief, explore suitable directions, present ideas clearly and deliver development-ready designs without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Design responsive websites, landing pages and service pages.
Create interfaces for web applications, dashboards and internal platforms.
Design mobile app screens and complete user journeys.
Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Build reusable Figma components, design systems and UI libraries.
Create clear developer handoffs with responsive behaviour, assets and specifications.
Design logos, visual identities, colour systems and basic brand guidelines.
Produce social media posts, campaign creatives, banners, advertisements and other marketing assets.
Edit and enhance photographs, mockups and visual assets using Photoshop.
Create short promotional videos, reels, product walkthroughs and stitched video content.
Perform basic video editing using Canva, Higgsfield AI or similar design and AI-video tools.
Coordinate with developers, marketers, content writers and project managers.
Manage multiple design assignments while maintaining quality and consistency.
Organise design files, versions, assets and final deliverables properly.

Required Skills

Two to four years of professional UI/UX or digital design experience.
Strong working knowledge of Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants and prototyping.
Good command of Adobe Photoshop.
Experience using Canva for creative and basic video production.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, spacing and visual hierarchy.
Ability to design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Experience creating wireframes, user flows and development-ready interfaces.
Ability to design both functional product interfaces and visually engaging marketing creatives.
Experience with logo design and brand identity development.
Basic video editing, sequencing, transitions, resizing and audio-synchronisation skills.
Familiarity with Higgsfield AI or other AI-assisted image and video tools.
Ability to explain design decisions and respond constructively to feedback.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or another vector-design tool.
Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or B2B websites.
Familiarity with accessibility and usability principles.
Understanding of how developers implement responsive designs.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is useful but not mandatory.
Experience creating motion graphics or product-demo videos.
Experience working with technology, B2B or digital marketing companies.

This Role Is Not Suitable If

Your experience is limited only to social media posts or graphic design.
You can create attractive screens but cannot plan user flows or interactions.
You depend entirely on templates without developing an original design direction.
You cannot prepare organised, development-ready Figma files.
You require detailed instructions for every individual task.
You do not have a portfolio demonstrating your own work.

How Success Will Be Measured

Quality, usability and visual consistency of completed designs.
Ability to convert briefs into clear design directions and prototypes.
Accuracy and completeness of developer handoffs.
Timely delivery across multiple projects.
Consistency of brand and marketing creatives.
Ability to manage design assignments independently.
Effective coordination with developers and marketing teams.

Portfolio Requirements
Your application must include a portfolio showing at least:

One responsive website.
One web application, dashboard or interactive prototype.
One mobile app or complete mobile user flow.
One logo or branding project.
Social media or advertising creatives.
One short video, reel or product walkthrough you edited.

For collaborative projects, clearly explain which parts were designed by you.
