Job Description
Leader – Workforce Management
The Leader – Workforce Management will be a senior leader within the Talent Supply Chain (TSC) organization, responsible for defining and executing the enterprise workforce strategy to support business growth, workforce agility, and operational excellence.
This role will lead workforce planning, demand-supply management, talent fulfillment, workforce analytics, governance to ensure the organization has the right talent, skills, and capacity to meet current and future business needs. The incumbent serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving data-driven workforce decisions and optimizing talent investments.

Define and execute enterprise workforce management strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead workforce planning, capacity management, forecasting, resource optimization, and fulfillment.

Advise senior leadership on workforce risks, opportunities, talent availability, and investment decisions.

Build and lead a high-performing workforce management function.

Establish workforce policies, operating frameworks, governance, and allocation standards.

Drive consistency and accountability across workforce planning, deployment, utilization, and mobility.

Lead workforce governance forums and executive reviews.
-
Align workforce supply with business demand through forecasting and capacity planning.

Partner with Delivery, Sales, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Match teams to optimize workforce deployment.

Drive utilization, talent mobility, bench optimization, and workforce readiness.

Lead workforce analytics, reporting, dashboards, and KPI governance.

Deliver predictive insights on demand, capacity, utilization, fulfillment, workforce costs, and talent mobility.

Enable data-driven workforce decision-making across the organization.

Partner with L&D to have right solution in place for keeping the skills inventory current and relevant

Partner with Capability and L&D function to develop BUILD strategies

Partner with leaders across Delivery, Sales, HR, Finance, Technology, and TSC functions.

Influence business decisions through workforce intelligence and strategic insights.

Serve as the executive point of contact for workforce planning and talent supply strategy.

E2e rewired TSC process, driven by a strong analytics engine that drives insights.

Successful delivery of workforce transformation and governance initiatives.

Improved workforce forecasting accuracy and planning effectiveness.

Increased utilization, productivity, and fulfillment performance.

Measurable business impact and stakeholder satisfaction.

Deep experience in one or more areas of Strategic Planning, Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Central Talent Supply Chain, Workforce Operations, including leadership responsibility.

Strong in analytics including modeling, deeply analytical and ability to bring out insights for actions.

Ability to Straddle from Strategy to execution including policy making, process transformation and driving operations.

Strong track record of business outcomes through workforce optimization and cross-functional leadership.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead large-scale workforce initiatives.
