About the Role

We are looking for a driven, articulate, and field-savvy Field Marketing Executive who will be the face of AIM HIGHH FORUM in the real world. You will visit schools, colleges, universities, corporate offices, and any other venue assigned to generate awareness, build institutional relationships, and convert prospects into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct planned visits to schools, junior colleges, degree colleges, universities, corporate houses, and other assigned locations to promote AIM HIGHH FORUM’s programmes and drive student enrolments
Deliver engaging on-ground presentations, information sessions, and demo talks to students, parents, teachers, and institutional decision-makers
Identify and build relationships with school principals, college coordinators, HODs, and corporate HR/L&D managers to establish referral and partnership channels
Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials; ensure brand visibility at every touchpoint
Represent AIM HIGHH FORUM at education fairs, career guidance events, community programmes, and marketing activations as directed
Capture leads systematically — collect contact details, follow up via calls and WhatsApp, and guide prospects through the admission funnel until enrolment
Coordinate with the academic and operations team to arrange campus counselling sessions, open houses, and institutional tie-up events
Maintain accurate daily field visit reports, lead logs, and conversion records; submit weekly updates to the reporting manager
Scout new high-potential outreach venues, institutions, and community hotspots for marketing opportunities
Gather competitive intelligence on rival institutes and share actionable insights with the team

Eligibility & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce / BBA / MBA preferred)
Excellent verbal communication in Odia, Hindi, and English
Confident, presentable, and persuasive personality with a target-oriented mindset
Comfortable with extensive travel within city.
Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence (preferred)
Basic proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp Business
Prior experience in education sales, field marketing, or academic counselling is an advantage — but not mandatory
