Job Profile – Accounts Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day accounting entries for sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
Prepare Invoices in Zoho Books.
Perform data entry and maintain accounts in TallyERP.
Assist in maintaining the cash book and bank book.
Support the preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
Help in GST data preparation and basic reconciliations under supervision.
Track invoices and assist in follow-up of receivables and payables.
Support the CA during the month-end closing activities.
Maintain vouchers, bills, and accounting records for audit and internal purposes.
Coordinate with internal teams for the timely collection of bills and documents.
