Role Overview
The Product Manager – Growth & E-commerce will own the end-to-end product experience across Re'equil's digital commerce ecosystem, including both D2C and Wholesale platforms. The role will focus on driving business growth through product strategy, conversion optimization, customer retention, loyalty programs, pricing initiatives, and platform enhancements. Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams, this role will ensure a seamless and high-performing customer experience while delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership
- Co-own the end-to-end product experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Define product vision, priorities, and roadmap aligned with business objectives along with the Growth lead. Plan product initiatives focused on growth, conversion, retention, and customer experience.
- Drive strategic improvements across checkout, loyalty, and key customer journey touchpoints.
User Research & Product Discovery
- Conduct user research, usability testing, UX audits, and customer behavior analysis.
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities across the digital purchase journey.
- Translate user insights into product requirements, experiments, and growth initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities based on customer and business impact.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Funnel Management
- Own and optimize the complete purchase funnel, including:
- Product Discovery
- Add-to-Cart
- Slide Cart
- Checkout
- Post-Purchase Experience
- Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation programs.
- Improve conversion rates, average order value (AOV), repeat purchase rates, and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
Loyalty & Retention Programs
- Own the product strategy and execution of loyalty and retention initiatives.
- Enhance customer engagement through rewards, incentives, and personalized experiences.
- Monitor and improve key retention and repeat purchase metrics.
Wholesale Platform & Pricing Management
- Manage the wholesale platform end-to-end, including user experience, functionality, and performance.
- Oversee pricing structures, offers, discount logic, and promotional configurations across D2C and wholesale channels.
- Ensure pricing and promotional strategies align with overall business goals and channel requirements.
- Continuously optimize platform usability and operational efficiency.
Product Delivery & Platform Integrations
- Lead evaluation, implementation, and optimization of third-party tools and integrations.
- Manage integrations such as shoppable content solutions, cart optimization tools, loyalty platforms, and other commerce technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and performance.
Analytics & Growth Optimization
- Define, monitor, and improve key business and product metrics including:
- Conversion Rate
- Funnel Performance
- Customer Retention
- Repeat Purchase Rate
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- ROAS
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)
- Utilize tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics platforms to drive decision-making.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Operations, and Leadership teams.
- Align stakeholders on product priorities, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Communicate product performance, experiment outcomes, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Product Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Establish product quality standards and best practices.
- Ensure platform scalability, usability, and long-term sustainability.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Drive ongoing enhancements to improve customer experience and business performance.

This structure follows the same clear and ownership-driven format generally used in Re'equil JDs, with responsibilities grouped into strategic business outcomes rather than activity-based tasks.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
