Associate - Founder's Office

Célèbre Aesthetics | Gota, Ahmedabad | Full-time, on-site

Salary: ₹30,000-₹45,000 per month plus Incentives | Experience: 2-5 years preferred

Célèbre Aesthetics is looking for a capable, dependable and high-ownership professional to join us as an Associate - Founder's Office.

You will work directly with the Founder & Managing Director and help convert priorities, discussions and ideas into organised execution. The role begins with substantial hands-on coordination, follow-up, recruitment, administration, research and project execution. As you demonstrate reliability, judgment and ownership, your responsibilities and decision-making authority will progressively increase.

This is not a strategy-only role and it is not a conventional back-office position. It is a broad execution role for someone who wants to understand how a growing healthcare business is built and managed from the inside.

About Célèbre Aesthetics

Célèbre Aesthetics is a growing aesthetic surgery organisation with centres in Ahmedabad, Surat and Rajkot. We specialise in hair transplant, gynecomastia surgery, rhinoplasty, breast surgery, liposuction, tummy shaping and other aesthetic procedures performed by experienced plastic surgeons. We are building a professionally managed organisation known for strong patient experience, disciplined execution, capable teams and ambitious growth.

Your Mission

Help the Founder and the organisation become more effective by ensuring that important priorities never fall through the cracks and that decisions are converted into execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the Founder in executing important business priorities.

· Attend relevant meetings, document decisions, owners and deadlines, and maintain a central action tracker.

· Follow up with team members until commitments are completed or formally revised.

· Manage recruitment up to the final selection stage: post vacancies, screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate assessments, collect compensation information and present recommendations.

· Coordinate employees, vendors, consultants and external stakeholders.

· Support routine centre administration, documentation, staff coordination and issue tracking.

· Conduct online and AI-assisted research and prepare concise summaries, reports and presentations.

· Identify delays, gaps and unresolved issues; solve what can be solved and escalate important matters with context and possible solutions.

· Help improve systems, workflows, trackers and internal processes.

· Take ownership of special projects and changing business priorities.

Essential Requirements

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Fluent in English, Hindi and Gujarati.

· Strong spoken and written communication.

· Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, online tools and learning AI tools such as ChatGPT.

· Able to work full-time from our Gota office, Monday-Saturday.

· High integrity, emotional maturity, organisation and follow-through.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in operations coordination, office management, executive assistance to a Founder/CEO/Director, project coordination, business administration, customer success, hospitality or premium client service may be especially suitable. Healthcare experience is not mandatory. An MBA/PGDM is preferred but not compulsory. Exceptional candidates with less than two years of experience may be considered if they demonstrate maturity, ownership and strong learning ability.

Working Details

· Location: Gota, Ahmedabad; full-time and on-site.

· Workdays: Monday-Saturday; Sunday off.

· Choose one fixed 9-hour shift beginning between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The lunch break is included in this span.

· The selected shift should remain consistent. Occasional flexibility may be required for important business needs.

· No regular travel.

Compensation and Growth

₹30,000-₹45,000 per month, depending on capability, experience, current compensation and overall suitability. Compensation is fixed initially. The first formal review will occur after successful probation, with scope for earlier or larger recognition when responsibilities and value increase substantially.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may go through an introductory call, structured interview, concise written ownership exercise, practical business simulation, Founder interaction and reference verification.
