We understand that elite singles may be at different stages of their lives and careers, with different time frames for getting married. We work closely with discerning clients and help them find the right partner at a pace that's right for them.

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, people-oriented individual to create and nurture client relationships and to help ensure that we provide outstanding service to our discerning clients.

ABOUT THIS JOB:

The ideal Client Relations Manager will be a mature, seasoned professional with excellent communication and people skills and be experienced in customer service, hospitality, or client relations. The work would nominally be at FreeElective Network's office in the heart of Chennai, a few miles from the IIT-Madras campus. (Most of the team has been working remotely since March 2020, and the option to work from home could be made available over time.)

The position represents a terrific opportunity to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, especially for someone who derives satisfaction from assisting people and playing an influential role in their making important life decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand the customer lifecycle, maintain intimate knowledge of our products and services, and exercise good judgment in responding to enquiries and concerns from leads and members-clearly, patiently, and yet efficiently, whether via live chat, email, or phone
Nurture leads by proactively communicating with prospects and tastefully promoting the value of our services
Onboard new clients and guide them in getting the most out of Jodi365, curate matches for them, reach out to handpicked matches on their behalf, explore compatibility, and act as a trusted intermediary in the process
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, from first contact, and ensuring proper client service throughout their journey towards finding the right match
Serve as dedicated relationship manager to select clients, reaching out to potential matches on their behalf, exploring compatibility with the client, and acting as a trusted intermediary in the process
Record feedback from prospects, leads, and clients and provide timely and appropriate product and customer development input to the product, marketing, sales, and support teams
Remain current with new products/services/pricing as well as training, policy, and procedural updates
Work with management team to recruit, train, and guide other client relations associates in the delivery of high-quality service and support to our clientele
Assist management team in ensuring efficient progress of workflow and transforming business visions into reality

QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:

Genuine interest in helping our users as they go about what may be a life-changing experience
Strong reading comprehension and written/verbal communication skills (English)
Excellent knowledge of office productivity software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and relevant digital marketing tools

PREFERENCES:

At least three years' experience in a customer-facing job
Fluent in at least one other Indian language, besides English
Ability to excel in a metrics-driven environment
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and practices
Experience with consumer-facing, interactive web sites or mobile apps

DESIRED SOFT SKILLS:

Team player with strong analytical and project management skills
Organized and detail-oriented individual who works well with deadlines
Willingness to learn, switch roles as necessary, and to roll up one's sleeves to get a job done
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment
