ABOUT BULLFORCE

Bullforce is a new-generation online trading and investment platform backed by Maliram Makharia Finstock Pvt. Ltd. — a firm with over 25 years of deep expertise in equity and derivatives markets. Established in

1996, MMFPL is a SEBI-registered broker on NSE and BSE, offering services across Equity, F&O,

Commodity, Currency, ETF, and Mutual Funds. With state-of-the-art web and mobile trading platforms, AI Driven investment insights, and a growing pan-India presence, Bullforce serves individual investors, NRIs, HNIs and institutional clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a SEBI-registered Stock Market Dealer to join the Bullforce team in Coimbatore. This is a

client-facing role combining trade execution with investment advisory. As per SEBI regulations, the candidate must hold a valid Research Analyst (RA) or Investment Adviser (IA) registration. A Stock Broker license alone does not qualify for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute client trade orders accurately across Equity, F&O, Commodity, Currency, and Mutual Fund segments on NSE and BSE.
Provide research-backed trading calls, stock recommendations, and market insights in compliance with

SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014.

Offer personalised investment advice in accordance with SEBI (Investment Adviser) Regulations, 2013, fiduciary obligations, and client agreement terms.
Maintain all SEBI-mandated disclosures, conflict-of-interest declarations, and client records as required by regulatory norms.
Monitor market movements, track client portfolio performance, and proactively communicate relevant

updates and calls.

Assist clients with risk profiling, investment suitability assessments, and goal-based portfolio reviews.
Promote Bullforce's demat account, advisory plans, and wealth vault products to prospective clients.
Coordinate with compliance and back-office teams for smooth settlement, reporting, and regulatory

audit obligations.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

SEBI Registration — At least one of the following (Mandatory):

Research Analyst (RA)-Required for issuing research reports, trading calls, and stock recommendations to clients under SEBI (RA) Regulations, 2014.

Investment Adviser (IA)- Required for providing personalised, fiduciary based investment advice to individual clients under SEBI (IA) Regulations, 2013.

Note: Candidates holding only a Stock Broker license (without RA/IA registration) are not eligible to apply. Advisory activity requires RA or IA registration as per SEBI mandate.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Strong understanding of equity markets, F&O, and financial instruments traded on NSE and BSE.
Familiarity with SEBI compliance norms — disclosures, record-keeping, and conflict-of-interest avoidance.
NISM Certifications preferred: Series VIII (Equity Derivatives), Series X-A & X-B (Investment Adviser).
Proficiency with trading terminals, order management platforms, and mobile trading apps.
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil; strong client relationship management ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven broking environment.

GOOD TO HAVE

Prior experience at a brokerage firm, wealth management company, or NBFC.
Working knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, SIPs, IPOs, or alternative investment products.
Familiarity with Bullforce's platform or similar new-generation trading apps.
Existing client base or network in the Coimbatore / Tamil Nadu investor segment.

All advisory activities carried out by the selected candidate must comply with SEBI (Research Analysts)

Regulations, 2014, and/or SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. Bullforce, as a SEBI-registered

broker (INZ000295634), strictly adheres to client protection norms including mandatory disclosures, suitability assessments, risk profiling, and avoidance of conflicts of interest.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
