Rabwin Intelligent is a growing organization dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and operational excellence. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and inventory planning to support our business operations.

Job Summary

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services. The ideal candidate should have experience with SAP/ERP systems, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify reliable suppliers and vendors.
Request and evaluate quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate favorable terms.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) through SAP/ERP systems.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
Maintain supplier records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.
Track order status and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
Analyze spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Resolve supplier issues related to pricing, quality, and delivery.
Coordinate with Finance and Accounts teams for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.
Experience working with SAP MM or other ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
