Facilitate the Strategic Planning and Strategy Deployment – Hoshin Kanri
Adhere to 14 guiding principles of TBS Lean Leadership
Demonstrate Commitment in being change agent at the Gemba level
Apply Structured Problem-Solving techniques/methods to resolve problems permanently
Highly Data driven and analytical skills
Should enable strong Employee Engagement through structured programs and approaches
