Team Leader / Assistant Manager / Manager (B2B Sales)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 8–12 Years (candidates with 5+ years of strong relevant experience will also be considered)

About the Role:

Flybunch Ventures Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic Team Leader / Assistant Manager / Manager – International Sales to drive and manage international B2B sales across Europe, Asia, UAE, and the US. This is a high-impact, critical leadership role — you will manage a team of 5–10 Executives while personally owning and achieving your own individual sales target, making this a true hybrid leadership position for someone who wants to lead from the front. Along with driving overall team target achievement, the incumbent will be equally responsible for achieving their own individual revenue target — this role is not purely supervisory, and hands-on selling is a core, non-negotiable part of the job.

Shift Window: Given our client base is heavily concentrated across US and European markets, this role follows working hours aligned with international time zones to ensure real-time engagement with overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership

● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–10 Executives responsible for maturing inbound/outbound leads and closing negotiations.

● Drive team performance to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.

● Monitor individual and team KPIs—call quality, lead conversion rate, deal closures, and account retention.

● Conduct regular training, call audits, and coaching sessions to sharpen the team's pitch, negotiation, and closing skills.

● Own and resolve escalations, stepping in to close high-value or complex international deals.

Individual Contribution

● Own and achieve a personal individual sales target in addition to overall team target achievement—this is a core, measured part of the role.

● Personally drive revenue generation through direct client engagement and deal closures.

● Build and maintain relationships with key overseas dealers, distributors, and strategic accounts.

● Lead by example—actively negotiate and close high-value deals alongside the team.

Strategy & Operations

● Collaborate with leadership on target setting and performance reviews.

● Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify new business opportunities and refine team strategy.

● Coordinate with operations, logistics, and customer support for smooth order processing and delivery.

● Report team performance, pipeline status, and market insights directly to senior leadership.

What You Bring

● 8–10 years of experience in international B2B sales, with at least 2–3 years in a team-leading/management capacity (5+ years of strong individual contribution with some leadership exposure will also be considered).

● Proven track record of both team target achievement and personal deal closures in an international/outbound sales environment.

● Strong command of spoken and written English, with confidence engaging overseas clients directly.

● Hands-on experience managing, mentoring, and coaching a sales team.

● Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

● Willingness to work in shifts aligned with US/UK/European business hours.

● Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting.

● Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of leading under performance pressure while consistently meeting one's own individual sales number.
