Job description -Campaign & Call Center

We are seeking a results-driven Campaign & Call Center to join our team at Renewbuy, Direct Distribution Channel.

You will be responsible for To drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales conversion through structured outbound/inbound calling campaigns for the Direct Sales Life channel.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader passionate about designing and implementing effective campaigns. They are experienced in training management, talent development and organizational learning. We invite qualified individuals with strong leadership skills and a passion for employee development to apply for this role, having experience in training as well as strong relationships with corporates and skills to create lead sources for the sales force.

Objectives of the role

Lead generation and conversion ratio
Number of qualified appointments booked
Revenue contribution from campaigns
Call productivity (calls per day, talk time, etc.)
Customer engagement and follow-up effectiveness

Your tasks

Plan and execute outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified leads for the Direct Sales team
Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
Drive appointment setting for field sales teams and ensure maximum conversion
Maintain track campaign performance metrics (connect rate, conversion rate, productivity, etc.)
Coordinate closely with Sales Managers (RSM/ZBH/FLS) to align campaign objectives and outcomes
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain a strong customer engagement funnel
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems
Monitor quality of call, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion rates
Support new product launches and promotional campaigns through calling initiatives

Required skills and qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
8–12 years of experience in Call Center / Tele-sales / Campaign Management (preferably in Life Insurance / BFSI)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Experience in CRM tools and campaign tracking
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
