SEO Manager (SEO, GEO, AEO & Paid Media)

Location: Janakpuri West, Delhi

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) | Saturday Work From Home

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in SEO and Digital Marketing

We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and result-oriented SEO Manager who can lead SEO initiatives while expanding our presence across emerging search platforms and answer engines. The ideal candidate should have expertise in traditional SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and a strong understanding of Paid Media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor benchmarking, and content opportunity identification.
Implement and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve indexing, crawling, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO issues.
Build and execute sustainable link-building and digital PR strategies.
Optimize content for search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and answer engines.
Develop GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to enhance brand visibility across AI-driven platforms and generative search environments.
Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices to improve content discoverability in featured snippets, voice search, and answer-based search results.
Collaborate closely with content writers, editors, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
Support Paid Media initiatives by aligning SEO efforts with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and overall performance marketing strategies.
Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes, AI search developments, and evolving industry trends.
Prepare periodic performance reports, insights, and growth recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.
Present SEO strategies, campaign performance, and ROI-driven recommendations during client discussions.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy and implementation.
Strong understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
Practical experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
Knowledge of AI-powered search ecosystems and emerging search technologies.
Understanding of Paid Media channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, and how they complement organic growth strategies.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and keyword research platforms.
Strong understanding of website architecture, indexing, crawling, schema markup, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
Experience in conducting competitor analysis, backlink audits, and link-building campaigns.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret data, identify growth opportunities, and build actionable SEO strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS will be an added advantage.
