About the Role
Web Tech Solutions is looking for a results-driven Facebook / Meta Ads Expert with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, particularly for the USA market.
This is a performance-focused role for someone who understands the complete advertising funnel—from audience research and campaign strategy to lead generation, optimization, tracking, and scaling.
The ideal candidate should be analytical, proactive, and confident in taking ownership of campaign performance and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
- Generate high-quality leads for USA-based businesses across multiple industries.
- Develop and manage TOF, MOF, and BOF funnel strategies.
- Create and optimize Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies.
- Build Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting Audiences.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, headlines, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyse campaign data and make daily optimization decisions.
- Identify opportunities for campaign scaling while maintaining lead quality.
- Work with designers and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and Conversion API (CAPI).
- Configure Custom Conversions and conversion events.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage multiple client accounts while meeting performance objectives.
- Stay updated with Meta policies, algorithm changes, and new advertising features.
Required skills and experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
* Proven experience in USA lead generation campaigns.
* Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
* Experience managing Lead Generation and Conversion campaigns.
* Advanced knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Conversion API (CAPI), Custom Conversions, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting.
* Strong understanding of campaign structure and funnel-based advertising.
* Experience with budget allocation, optimization, and scaling.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Google Sheets / MS Excel for campaign reporting.
* Ability to independently identify performance issues and implement solutions.
