We are looking for the profile of
EV Home Charging Manager,
a full-time role in MSIL, and we are looking at people who have the passion to change the landscape of the Automobile industry,
Role Description:
Deployment of Community and Private Home Chargers at Residential Societies and Corporate Offices
- Identify and empanel Vendors for Installation of EV Chargers at Residential Societies and Corporate Offices
- Build relationships with realtors and forge partnerships to facilitate Home Charging across locations.
- Develop Community and Home Charger Installation process, Identify and Finalize deliverables and SLAs for Vendors
- Designing of different Charging Station formats to cater varied sales potential and parking arrangement
- Development of Policy framework for assessment of potential locations for Community Charger Deployment
- Coordination with stakeholders including Dealers, Residential Societies, Realtors, Channel Partners, and Internal Team for Identification of potential locations for community charger deployment and private Home Charger Installation
- Develop internal systems for payment settlement, and complaint resolution
- Develop customer satisfaction mapping process to identify improvement area
- Organize training programs for installation vendors and their team on MSIL SOP of Installation process
- Close co-ordination with Vendors for Customer complaint resolution
Qualification
MBA Full time ( from UGC/AICTE approved college/institute)
Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Charger Network Deployment
- 2+ years of experience in Home Charger Installation process
Experience with EV OEMs will be preferred
