Full job description

Profile Summary

The HR Manager will play a key role in managing all HR activities, including compliance with labor laws, policy formulation, and overall employee well-being. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR compliance requirements and labor laws, with the ability to formulate and implement HR policies that align with the company’s values and objectives.

Key Accountabilities and Deliverables

HR Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure the organization adheres to all labor laws and HR compliance regulations, including employee rights, working hours, benefits, and health & safety requirements.
Policy Formulation: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow and compliance with regulations.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations to ensure effective communication and conflict resolution. Ensure employee grievances are addressed in line with company policies.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Training & Development: Identify training needs, design training programs, and facilitate continuous employee development.
Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and goal-setting.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with industry standards.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation as required by law.
Compliance Audits: Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal compliance.

Knowledge

Skills

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s (any field)
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification
In-depth Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR compliance regulations, labor laws, and policies.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve employee issues and legal matters effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously manage documentation and ensure legal compliance.
