Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities

Managing the complete recruitment life diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. 2. Human resources managers plan, direct, and coordinate the functions of an organization. 3. HR acts as a Client Relationship Manager 4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization 5. Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, shop and establishment license, a timely basis 6. Liaising with all government agencies 7. Conducting Interviews: Involved as a HR panel member in the interview. Obtaining feedback from the interviewers and analyze the feedback. Actively involved in fulfilling requirements across all the spectrum of needs. 8. Identify and coordinate training for employees based on inputs received from their managers, performance reviews or based on employee’s interest 9. Roll out of Annual Performance Appraisal. 10. Personnel Administration/Organizational Management/Recruitment /Time Management/ Payroll Management/ Performance Management System 11. Handling Statutory Compliance & Administration 12. Executing the entire range of task sourcing, screening, short-listing, lining them up for interviews, HR round & offer release. 13. Involves in manpower planning and expansion 14. Handles monthly payroll. 15. Online ESI submission and preparation of challans 16. Good knowledge of current employment laws and procedures. 17. Experience of working in the legal and professional services sectors. 18.
