Hiring for a leading MNC into Events & Exhibition industry:

Job Title: B2B / B2G Sr. Marketing Manager

Job Location: Delhi (CP)

Key role & responsibilities:

Support the Director – Business Development in planning and executing marketing strategies for exhibitions and events.
Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to improve marketing plans.
Assist in planning and managing marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM) and traditional media.
Help manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
Conduct market research and analyse campaign performance to improve future marketing activities.
Lead on-site marketing activities during exhibitions and ensure a smooth experience for visitors, buyers, VIPs, media, partners, and stakeholders.
Work closely with Sales, Projects, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver successful events and campaigns.
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
Follow company processes, policies, and compliance requirements.

Government & Public Sector Marketing:

Develop and implement marketing plans for government departments, ministries, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
Create campaigns that align with government priorities and initiatives.
Support the sales team with market insights and go-to-market strategies.
Build relationships and collaborate with government agencies, ministries, PSUs, and industry associations.
Create marketing content such as presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and policy briefs.
Organise and participate in government events, conferences, summits, and exhibitions.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with government communication and advertising guidelines.
Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to develop new marketing ideas.
Good understanding of digital and traditional marketing.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and campaign performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
Experience in event or exhibition marketing is preferred.
Experience working with government or public sector clients is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Experience:

Total: 10 years (Preferred)
B2B/ B2G Marketing: 8 years (Preferred)
Large Media planning & buying: 4 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
