Lead end-to-end HR & Admin operations for the CFS site and manage a large blue-collar and staff workforce.
Handle manpower planning, attendance, shift management and employee deployment.
Manage contract labour, manpower vendors and ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism, workforce discipline and industrial relations.
Coordinate with site management and HO on manpower requirements, payroll inputs, employee movements and HR policies.
Oversee site administration including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen and other facility-related activities.
Maintain strong coordination with contractors, government authorities, labour departments and other external stakeholders as required.
Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, training, safety awareness and workplace discipline.
Prepare and monitor HR MIS, manpower reports, attrition, absenteeism, overtime and manpower cost.
Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, statutory registers, licenses and HR documentation.
Act as the key HR point of contact for employees and site management, ensuring smooth and professional resolution of people-related matters.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
