Front Desk ReceptionistJob Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage day-to-day front desk activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and inquiries.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest requirements.
Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations and guest satisfaction.
Maintain guest records, booking details, and necessary documentation.
Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and escalate when required.
Assist in preparing daily reports and maintaining front desk records.
Ensure the reception area is organized, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
Support management with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Should be comfortable with staying at the property
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hotels, resorts, hospitality, or guest relations.
Familiarity with hotel booking systems and reservation management.
Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or any relevant field.

Salary

As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
