About the Role

Love meeting people and building relationships? Join us as a Corporate & Institutional Relations Executive and be the face of Happy Holidays across schools, colleges, and universities in your territory. You'll introduce students and educators to our international academic immersion programs, IB-aligned CAS programs, and more — turning conversations into lasting institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Visit schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions as per your assigned territory and travel plan
Conduct field visits and establish professional relationships with corporate companies, educational institutions, apartment associations/managements, and other organisations to identify business opportunities, canvass the Company’s products and services, and present and explain relevant offerings to principals, management representatives, faculty, placement officers, students, employees, residents, and other stakeholders.
Present and explain our products, services, and offerings to principals, management, faculty, placement officers, students, and other stakeholders
Present international academic immersion and experiential learning programs to institutional stakeholders
Present CAS (Creativity, Activity & Service) programs to International Baccalaureate (IB) schools
Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions
Conduct seminars, awareness sessions, workshops, and promotional events as required
Collect enquiries, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into confirmed business
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by the Management
Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, expense statements, and market intelligence reports
Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions
Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback and report to Management
Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support for smooth service delivery
Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and educational fairs
Travel extensively within the assigned territory, including outstation travel when required
Comply with all Company policies, reporting requirements, and ethical standards.
Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of company programs and institutional activities as assigned
In addition to the specific duties and responsibilities set out in this Job Description, the employee may be required to undertake such other tasks, functions, assignments, and responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned by the Company from time to time, where such duties are ancillary, complementary, incidental, or otherwise connected to the employee’s role as Corporate & Institutional Relations Manager

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
