Reporting To: Boutique Owner / Ecommerce Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the fashion, apparel, or boutique retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales operations, maintaining product listings, coordinating order fulfillment, supporting digital marketing activities, and analyzing ecommerce performance to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Platform Management
- Manage and maintain product listings on ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Upload new products, update product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory.
- Ensure product information is accurate and optimized for better visibility and conversions.
- Monitor marketplace performance and resolve listing-related issues.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Coordinate social media promotions and influencer collaborations.
- Support email marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and seasonal sales.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
Report & Performance Analysis
- Track website and marketplace performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales, traffic, and performance reports.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and customer buying behavior.
- Provide recommendations to improve sales and customer engagement.
Customer & Order Management
- Manage order processing, dispatch coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback to improve service quality.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Inventory Management
- Coordinate with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels across all ecommerce platforms.
- Update inventory regularly to avoid stock discrepancies and overselling.
- Assist in stock planning during promotional campaigns and seasonal sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in ecommerce, online retail, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces and online retail operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating product descriptions and content.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the fashion, apparel, or boutique retail industry.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or other content creation tools.
- Understanding of inventory management systems and order management processes.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for ecommerce product listings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
