Digital Distribution & Analytics Specialist
Company: iDream Education (iPrep)
Location: Sector-32, Gurgaon
Role type: Full-time, Work from Office
Experience: 2–4 years of direct & relevant experience in digital distribution, channel management, or growth marketing
Industry Preference: EdTech, Education SaaS, Social Impact, Development Sector, or Purpose-led B2B/B2G brands
The Role Overview
We are looking to onboard a Digital Distribution & Analytics Specialist — someone who is equal parts executor and analyst. You will be the person who ensures that every piece of content iDream Education produces finds its right audience, on the right channel, at the right time — and then comes back with data that tells us what worked (or did not) and why.
Your responsibility begins where the content ends. You will own the distribution of assets — social posts, email campaigns, listing updates, app store content, and more — across a wide and growing portfolio of digital channels. At the same time, you will own the analytics layer: tracking performance, surfacing insights, and working with the content and design team to continuously sharpen our channel strategy.
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, but is highly collaborative across teams.

Core Responsibilities
-
Channel Distribution & Publishing: Own the end-to-end publishing and distribution workflow across all active digital channels. This includes (but not limited to):
-
Social Media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and WhatsApp Channels, etc. Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars in coordination with the content and design team. Ensure platform-specific formatting, sizing, copy length, and tagging norms are respected.
-
Business & Product Listings: Manage and continuously optimise iDream's presence on IndiaMART, Google My Business (GMB), Google Merchant Center, and other relevant listing platforms. Own accuracy, completeness, and freshness of all listing content.
-
App Store Listings: Own and optimise iDream and iPrep listings on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store — including metadata, descriptions, screenshots, keywords, and update copy — with a strong eye on ASO (App Store Optimisation).
-
Email Distribution: Coordinate with the content team to execute email campaigns end-to-end — scheduling, list management, template QA, and send monitoring — using the organisation's email marketing stack.
-
Audio Channels (Upcoming): Support the setup and ongoing distribution for audio-first platforms as and when they are launched.
-
Analytics, Reporting & Insight Generation: Own the analytics function for all owned digital channels. The expectation is to translate numbers into decisions.
-
Set up and maintain dashboards across social, email, listing, and web platforms.
-
Manage and derive insights from web analytics tools including GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush (or equivalent).
-
Track key performance metrics per channel: reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, follower growth, email open/click rates, app store impressions and installs, listing views, etc.
-
Produce regular performance reports (weekly/monthly) for the Marketing & Growth Head, with clear insights and recommended actions.
-
Identify high-performing content formats, topics, and posting patterns, and feed those learnings back to the content and design team.
-
Monitor channel health proactively — flag anomalies, drops, or opportunities without waiting to be asked.
-
Channel Optimisation & Experimentation: Treat every channel as a product that can always be made better.
-
Continuously optimise posting schedules, content formats, and copy across social channels based on performance data.
-
Run structured A/B tests on email subject lines, CTAs, and content formats; document outcomes and build institutional knowledge.
-
Identify gaps in our channel mix — where we are under-indexed or where audience attention is shifting — and bring proposals to the team.
-
Stay current with platform algorithm changes, new features (e.g., LinkedIn newsletters, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp Channel updates), and emerging distribution formats.
-
Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the distribution and analytics partner for the content and design team — not as a gatekeeper, but as an enabler.
-
Work with content writers and the communication design lead to ensure assets are channel-ready before publishing.
-
Translate platform requirements and content performance data into clear, actionable briefs for the creative team.
-
Coordinate with the web/product team for implementation of tracking, UTM structures, and landing page linkages.
-
Innovation and Disruption: Champion continuous experimentation with new ideas, technologies and channels, including AI, to unlock disruptive opportunities that amplify our credibility, reach and growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
-
Experience: 2–4 years of direct, hands-on experience in digital distribution, social media management, growth marketing, or a closely related function — with demonstrable ownership of channel performance outcomes, not just execution.
-
Channel Fluency: You have worked actively across at least 3–4 of the channels listed (social, email, app stores, listings, web analytics) and understand their distinct formats, algorithms, and best practices.
-
Analytics Proficiency: Comfortable with GA4, Google Search Console, and at least one SEO/analytics tool (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar). You can build a dashboard, read the data, and articulate what it means for creative and distribution decisions.
-
App Store Optimisation (ASO): Prior experience managing or optimising app listings on the Play Store or App Store is a strong advantage.
-
Email Marketing: Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform (Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or similar) — including list hygiene, campaign setup, and performance tracking.
-
AI Fluency: You use LLMs and AI tools as a daily productivity layer, not as a novelty. You know how to prompt for copy variations, use AI to interpret data, and integrate AI output into a professional workflow.
-
Sector Context: Prior experience in EdTech, the Development sector, or a B2B/B2G environment is a strong advantage. An understanding of communicating with government, NGO, or CSR audiences is a meaningful differentiator.
Behavioural Traits (Cultural Fit)
-
Ownership over Execution: You don't just post and move on. You track what happened, form a point of view on why, and bring that back to the table.
-
Bias for Action: You are comfortable with a high-velocity environment where channels are always on and the publishing calendar does not wait.
-
Structured Thinking: You can hold multiple channels, metrics, and stakeholder needs in your head simultaneously — and still produce clean, organised reports that are actually read.
-
Collaborative without Being Dependent: You work closely with content and design, but you don't need hand-holding to get content published, optimised, or reported on.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
You have managed digital channels with genuine ownership — not just as a scheduler, but as someone who cared about what the numbers said and did something about it. You understand that in a mission-driven organisation, distribution is not a backend function — it is how the work reaches the world.
Why Join iDream Education?
We are on a mission to take the best of digital learning to every corner of rural Bharat. The person in this role will directly shape how teachers, students, policymakers, donors, and partners discover and trust iDream Education — across every screen and platform where they show up. You will own a channel portfolio that is actively growing, with the latitude to experiment, optimise, and build something meaningful.
