Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Ensure execution of civil and structural works in accordance with quality standards and engineering practices.
Monitor construction progress and report daily, weekly, and monthly updates to management.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work within budget and schedule.
Conduct regular inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
Verify material quality, workmanship, and construction methodologies.
Ensure proper implementation of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings before execution.
Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth integration of services.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Track material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams.
Ensure compliance with site safety policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and toolbox talks.
Verify contractor work quantities and prepare measurement sheets.
Assist in preparation and certification of contractor bills.
Maintain site records, daily progress reports, work permits, and inspection reports.
Prepare and submit project status reports to management.
Maintain as-built records and support project handover documentation.
Ensure proper filing of drawings, approvals, and technical documents.
Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
Attend site meetings and implement decisions effectively.
Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with senior management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in high-rise residential/commercial real estate projects.
Experience in Mivan Shuttering RCC structures, finishing works, and site coordination.
Knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
