Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management: Greeting clients, visitors, and vendors with a professional, welcoming demeanor.

Visitor Control: Maintaining security by monitoring visitor logs, issuing badges, and managing security access.
Administrative Support: Filing, scanning, faxing, and copying documents; scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms.
Mail and Deliveries: Sorting, distributing, and preparing mail or courier packages.
Office Maintenance: Keeping the reception area clean and organized, and managing office supplies inventory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Fresher or Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar administrative role.
Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Soft Skills: Strong multitasking, organization, and professional customer service abilities.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
