Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, couriers, deliveries, etc.).
Schedule meetings, coordinate conference room bookings, and manage visitor appointments.
Maintain visitor logs, security passes, and access cards in line with company policy.
Arrange and coordinate travel bookings for staff, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itinerary management.
Liaise with travel agencies or vendors to secure cost-effective and efficient travel arrangements.
Prepare travel expense reports and maintain related documentation.
Support administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to ensure the front office and common areas are well maintained.
Perform any other duties assigned by management to support smooth office operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 1–4 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative support role.
Experience in travel coordination or booking is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment (printers, phones, scanners).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
