Full job description

Key responsibilities include:

Ensure setup of the machine, adaptation and optimization of the total machining process
Ensure the equipment and the whole machining process is in use under consideration of all

with regard to quality, efficiency and cost.

Maintain and repair plant and machinery under close supervision to ensure that operational

requirements are met, including conformance with regulatory and organizational health,

safety, and environmental standards.

Define requirements for supporting tools and devices to guarantee a safe fixation/clamping.
Ensure the quality of the machined components under consideration of all relevant quality criteria.
Process parts through the operation, ensuring 100% product quality.
Carry out defined project tasks.
Implement improvements in manufacturing methods and processes, and provide feedback on

Should handle the machines like (VMC, CNC lathe, Spline rolling machine, Induction hardening, Track milling, Angular OD grinding, Driveshaft assembly machines)

Who you’ll be:

To be successful in this position, you will have proven experience in machining and assembly processes in the automotive industry or a related environment. Experience working with Siemens and Fanuc-based CNC machines would be an advantage.

Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required

Essential Skills

Good mechanical assembly and disassembly skills and culture
Measurement tools and data collection
Able to accurately interrupt engineering drawings, bill of materials, and execute instructions.
Creatively solve technical challenges with independent actions as appropriate.
Possess good time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deliver on time.

Tool Skills

Good PC based computer skills; MS Windows, Word, Excel, etc.
Programming / Edit -Fanuc /Siemens CNC machines.

Desirable

Experience required in Machining & assembly process.
Machining (CNC Lathe, VMC, Spline rolling, Heat treatment, Angular Grinding, Milling machine)

Language Skills

Must be fluent in English
