Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Google Ads Expert with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-performing ad campaigns on Google Ads. The role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving ROI and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic and high-converting leads.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable search terms for ad targeting.
Write compelling ad copy and design eye-catching visuals for display campaigns.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve CTR, CPC, and ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Stay updated on Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices for the real estate industry.
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing goals.
Implement audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies for better targeting.
Manage campaign budgets and provide accurate forecasting for ad spend and expected results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, especially in the real estate sector.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC management tools.
In-depth understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report campaign performance.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of landing page optimization, lead generation tactics, and sales funnel strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
