Job Description – Marketing Coordinator – OHC Services

About Parkmed Healthcare

Parkmed Healthcare is an Occupational Healthcare (OHC) service provider delivering healthcare solutions to corporate organizations. Our services include nursing services, doctor services, pharmaceutical support, and on-site occupational healthcare solutions for corporate clients.

We are currently expanding our corporate client base and are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive – OHC Services to drive new business acquisition, develop corporate relationships, and expand our presence across Bengaluru and other target markets.

Job Purpose

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients requiring Occupational Health Centre (OHC), nursing, doctor, pharmaceutical, and related workplace healthcare services.

The candidate will be responsible for the complete business development cycle, from identifying prospects and generating leads to client meetings, proposal submission, negotiations, and supporting successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

- Identify and develop new business opportunities among corporate organizations, IT companies, business parks, manufacturing companies, and other organizations requiring occupational healthcare services.

- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry databases, cold calling, email campaigns, and other B2B channels.

- Conduct meetings and presentations with key decision-makers such as HR, Administration, Facilities, Procurement, EHS, and Corporate Wellness teams.

- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate OHC and corporate healthcare solutions.

- Prepare and present commercial proposals, service offerings, and customized solutions based on client requirements.

- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with internal teams until successful client onboarding.

OHC & Healthcare Business Development

- Develop a strong understanding of Parkmed Healthcare's OHC services, including:

- On-site nursing services

- Doctor/medical officer services

- Pharmacy/pharmaceutical support

- First-aid and emergency healthcare support

- Corporate health and wellness services

- Occupational healthcare solutions

- Understand the healthcare requirements of corporate clients and communicate the value proposition effectively.

- Identify opportunities for expanding services within existing client accounts.

Field Marketing & Corporate Networking

- Conduct regular field visits to prospective corporate clients.

- Develop relationships with HR, Admin, Facility, Procurement, EHS, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Participate in corporate events, business networking events, exhibitions, and healthcare-related events to generate business opportunities.

- Build and maintain a strong corporate prospect database.

Client Relationship Management

- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Conduct periodic client visits to understand service requirements and identify opportunities for additional business.

- Coordinate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

- Address client concerns and coordinate internally for timely resolution.

Market Intelligence

- Monitor competitors, pricing, service models, and market trends within the corporate healthcare and OHC industry.

- Identify new industries, locations, and organizations that can be potential clients.

- Provide regular market feedback and business development insights to management.

Reporting & Performance Management

- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and conversions.

- Update CRM/business development trackers regularly.

- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.

- Track sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.

- Work towards achieving defined monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to independently generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Comfortable with extensive field travel and client meetings.

- Ability to interact professionally with senior corporate stakeholders.

- Good understanding of sales pipelines and CRM/lead management.

- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

- Target-oriented and commercially driven approach.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate sales, healthcare sales, facility management, employee wellness, OHC services, or a related industry.

- Candidates with existing corporate/HR/Admin/Facility contacts will be preferred.

- Experience in selling healthcare services to corporate organizations will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a self-driven professional who can independently identify business opportunities, approach decision-makers, conduct client meetings, present Parkmed Healthcare's services, negotiate effectively, and convert opportunities into long-term corporate accounts.

Prior experience dealing with IT companies, corporate offices, business parks, facility management companies, or healthcare service providers will be highly preferred.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience, skills, existing corporate network, and overall suitability for the role. Performance-based incentives may be provided based on the company's business development structure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
