About Hello Teacher Academy :

Hello Teacher Academy is a global online tutoring academy providing high-quality, one-to-one personalized learning for students following international and Indian curricula. We focus on helping students strengthen their academic understanding, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals through engaging and student-focused teaching.

We are currently looking for an experienced Mathematics Tutor who can teach AS & A Level and IBDP Mathematics through one-to-one online classes.

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly competent Maths tutor with strong subject knowledge and experience teaching senior secondary/international curriculum students. The ideal candidate should be able to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly, develop problem-solving skills, and prepare students effectively for examinations.

Responsibilities :

Teach AS & A Level and IBDP Mathematics through one-to-one online sessions.
Explain mathematical concepts clearly and develop strong conceptual understanding.
Help students with problem-solving, assignments, homework, revision, and exam preparation.
Prepare students for curriculum-specific assessments and examinations.
Identify individual learning gaps and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Provide structured and engaging lessons based on the student's academic level and goals.
Track student progress and provide feedback when required.
Encourage students to develop independent mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements Must Have :

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a closely related subject.
Strong experience teaching AS & A Level and/or IBDP Mathematics.
Excellent subject knowledge and problem-solving ability.
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Prior experience conducting online one-to-one classes.
Ability to explain advanced mathematical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
Stable internet connection, laptop/desktop, webcam, headset, and a quiet teaching environment.

Preferred :

Experience teaching both IBDP and Cambridge/Edexcel AS & A Level Mathematics.
Experience preparing students for examinations.
Familiarity with online whiteboards and digital teaching tools.
Experience working with international students.
