Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified, highly analytical, and strategically minded Chartered Accountant (CA) to head our financial compliance, strategic taxation, and corporate auditing functions. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring absolute legal and financial compliance, optimizing tax structures, and providing data-driven financial insights to senior management to support business growth.

The ideal candidate must hold a valid ICAI membership, possess impeccable knowledge of statutory regulations, and have a proven track record of handling complex financial portfolios with precision.

Key ResponsibilitiesTaxation, Statutory Compliance & Legalities

Direct & Indirect Taxation: Oversee the accurate and timely filing of GST returns, TDS, Income Tax, and corporate tax returns.
Tax Planning & Strategy: Formulate and implement legal tax optimization strategies aligned with current corporate laws to maximize fiscal efficiency.
Assessments & Appeals: Represent the company and manage correspondence, assessments, and appeals with tax authorities and statutory bodies.

Corporate Governance & Auditing

Statutory & Internal Audits: Lead the preparation for statutory, internal, and tax audits. Coordinate directly with external auditors to ensure smooth finalization and zero non-compliance notes.
Financial Reporting: Verify, sign off on, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Cash Flow statements, ensuring compliance with Ind-AS and GAAP principles.
SOPs & Risk Management: Evaluate internal control systems, identify financial risks, and design robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to mitigate operational leakages.

Strategic Financial Management

MIS Reporting: Deliver comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports to Directors and senior stakeholders, offering clear insights into profitability, cost centers, and financial health.
Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Drive the annual budgeting process, perform deep-dive variance analyses, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize capital allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory with a valid membership number from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Experience: 2 to 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, premium retail, manufacturing, or a reputed audit firm.
Technical Expertise:
Expert-level command over Indian Tax Laws, GST regulations, Companies Act, and Ind-AS.
Proficiency in advanced enterprise accounting software (Tally Prime, SAP, or similar ERPs).
Strong financial modeling and advanced MS Excel skills.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership capabilities, analytical acumen, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
