We are hiring a Quality Analyst Intern who wants to learn, grow, and build a career in the IT industry. This role is suitable for college-going students, freshers, or candidates from an IT or technical background who have good communication skills and a strong interest in software testing, product quality, and team collaboration.
As a Quality Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our development team, project managers, and other team members to review software features, test applications, identify bugs, and make sure the final output matches project requirements.
You will work on real internship projects and get exposure to live development workflows, testing processes, client requirements, documentation, and AI tools used in modern IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Review websites, web applications, dashboards, and software features developed by the team.
- Test new features and check whether they work as per the given requirements.
- Identify bugs, UI issues, functionality issues, broken flows, and missing requirements.
- Create clear bug reports with screenshots, steps to reproduce, expected results, and actual results.
- Work closely with developers to explain issues and verify fixes.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members during daily updates and task reviews.
- Check frontend pages for layout, responsiveness, content, links, forms, and user experience.
- Perform basic functional testing, regression testing, and user-flow testing.
- Help maintain testing checklists, QA reports, and project documentation.
- Use AI tools to improve testing checklists, write clearer reports, and understand product flows.
- Learn how IT projects move from requirement gathering to development, testing, delivery, and support.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, software, or IT projects.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to clearly explain bugs and issues to developers.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to learn software testing and QA processes.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, web applications, or software development concepts is a plus.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, screenshots, and task management tools.
- Basic awareness of AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- IT, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or related academic background.
- Interest in software testing, product quality, project coordination, or business analysis.
- Basic knowledge of manual testing.
- Familiarity with bug reporting tools, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of UI/UX basics.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and product development.
