About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Junior Link Outreach & Off-Page Specialist to join the Sentius team. You will work across multiple client accounts supporting our shift from traditional link building toward brand authority, digital PR, and AI-driven outreach. The ideal candidate brings hands-on agency experience in off-page SEO, a solid understanding of link acquisition and outreach principles, and an awareness of how brand signals and entity authority are increasingly shaping organic search performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct prospecting and outreach to secure editorial backlinks, brand mentions, and digital PR placements across relevant publications and websites
- Support the development and execution of content-led outreach campaigns aligned with client brand authority goals
- Identify, evaluate, and vet link opportunities using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz — assessing domain authority, relevance, and trust signals
- Manage outreach pipelines, track communications, and maintain accurate records of prospect status and campaign progress
- Assist in building and maintaining brand entity presence through citation management, NAP consistency, and unlinked mention recovery
- Monitor and report on backlink profile health, referring domain growth, and off-page performance metrics across client accounts
- Support AI-driven prospecting workflows — using tools and prompts to identify outreach targets, draft personalised outreach copy, and scale campaign volume
- Collaborate with the on-page and content teams to align outreach assets with broader organic search and brand authority strategy
- Prepare regular off-page performance reports and present link acquisition results to the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, BCA, BSc, MCA, MBA, or a related field
- 1 year of off-page SEO or link outreach experience gained within a digital marketing agency environment
- Demonstrated ability to conduct email outreach campaigns, including prospecting, personalisation, and follow-up sequencing
- Understanding of link quality signals — domain authority, topical relevance, trust flow, and spam risk
- Awareness of how brand authority, E-E-A-T signals, and entity-based SEO influence off-page performance
- Good written and spoken English communication skills — essential for outreach copy and client-facing reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, and comfort working across outreach and CRM-style tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail, organised approach to managing multiple outreach pipelines simultaneously
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt as off-page and AI search landscapes continue to evolve
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools for backlink analysis and competitor research
- Exposure to AI-assisted outreach workflows — using tools such as ChatGPT or Perplexity to research targets, generate outreach templates, and identify entity gaps
- Familiarity with digital PR concepts — media list building, press release distribution, and journalist/blogger relationship management
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO and content strategy to better align outreach assets with client campaign goals
