Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring activities efficiently.

This role requires someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

● Talent Sourcing

Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

● Candidate Screening & Evaluation

Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate profiles, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

● Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through effective communication and follow-ups.

● Offer Rollout & Onboarding Support

Assist in offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Ensure timely documentation and smooth joining formalities for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Excel/Google Sheets, and recruitment tools is preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be currently based in Jammu.
Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in HR/recruitment may also apply.
