We are looking for an Asst. Manager - HR

Location: Jamnagar

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
Support performance management, appraisals, promotions, and employee development initiatives.
Organize employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.
Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary procedures as per company policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management.
Coordinate exit interviews, full-and-final settlements, and offboarding processes.
Assist in implementing HR policies and organizational development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
