Full job description

Job Summary

The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the dealership's facilities, equipment, and utilities. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment while minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the office building, workshop, office areas, and infrastructure.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, air compressors, lifts, and other workshop equipment.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment service history, and AMC schedules.
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of utilities such as power supply, water supply, lighting, and firefighting systems.
Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
Monitor inventory of maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts.
Raise purchase requisitions for maintenance-related requirements and track vendor performance.
Support showroom and workshop teams by resolving facility-related issues promptly.
Maintain housekeeping standards in coordination with the housekeeping team.
Ensure optimal operation of generators, UPS systems, compressors, and other critical equipment.
Assist during audits and ensure compliance with Toyota dealership standards.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in facility or maintenance management, preferably in an automobile dealership or industrial environment.
Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, DG sets, compressors, and workshop equipment.
Basic understanding of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
