Full job description

The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact, responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment while supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients, handle walk-in inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate agent
Manage multi-line phone systems and respond to property-related queries
Schedule property viewings and appointments
Maintain property files, office records, and inventory
Assist with CRM updates, listings, and initial lead handling

Key Skills & Requirements:

Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Smart, presentable personality with a professional appearance
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Similar Experience - 5-7 years.
Age Limits - within 35 years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
