Job Responsibilities:

Employee Recruitment, Records Management & Administration

 Managing the entire employee life cycle in the Company from Recruitment to Retirement.  Recruitment of contract labour to meet manpower requirements ensuring all legal & regulatory obligations are fulfilled in coordination with HO & Factory in-charge.

 Recruitment of new employees, documentation formalities and training schedule in coordination with HO and Factory in-charge.

 Recruitment of Apprentice trainees, documentation formalities and their training schedule in coordination with HO and Factory in-charge.

 Monitoring the logging of daily attendance of all employees as per established systems.

 Enable Leave planning and monitor scheduled absences (holidays, leave, travel) of staff with Operations and coordinate the actions to ensure that staff absences are adequately covered off to ensure continuity of Company operations.

 Tracking and updating jobwise manpower consumption details to Costing/Planning team.  Maintaining all requisite Registers like Employee List, Attendance & OT Register, Wages register, Medical register and Accident register as per set process.  Preparing, safe-keeping and maintaining employee records and personal files for all employees and ensuring its complete and timely updation.  Checking of contractor bills and processing for bills.  Checking of work-related expenses of employees and processing with Accounts for clearance.  Conducting all PF, ESIC and other employer obligations relating to labour.

 Arranging necessary documentation for site mobilization like labour license, WC policy etc.

 Coordinating with site-in-charge for HR/Admin related documentation work at site.

 Assisting in documentation relating to ISO, OHSAS, SOPs, Audits etc.

 Attending and meeting all statutory requirements like factory licences, contractor obligations, labour inspector visits etc. Employee Performance & Relations

 Coordinating and cooperating with all departments, understanding requirements and assisting in meeting the requirements that is consistent with the Company’s core business values and objectives.

 Building and fostering employee relations to boost a healthy work culture of accountability, increased productivity & loyalty leading to minimal conflicts and reduced turnover.

 Being the point of contact for all employee-related issues, listening, counselling and resolving requests, queries, suggestions, concerns and grievances with discretion and sensitivity in coordination with Factory in-charge and Management.

 Ensuring communication, implementation and adherence to Company policies & procedures

 Anchoring Performance Management systems relating to performance review and performance improvement plans.  Coordinating Training & Developmental activities of employees to improve knowledge, skills and thereby ability.

 Ensuring functioning of activities relating to employee well-being like refreshments, medical check-ups, health camps, provision of facilities etc. Housekeeping & Safety

 Monitoring overall housekeeping and maintenance/administration work in coordination with respective departments.

 Liasoning with Operations for ensuring Safety practices are implemented  Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement. Reportings  Being a trusted advisor by providing timely and accurate feedback relating to issues/ grievances/ suggestions to Factory-in-charge and Management  Providing inputs and recommendation on disciplinary actions with respect to employee-related issues

.  Submitting authentic, accurate and timely reports in accordance with ISO documentation & statutory company documentation requirements  Attending committee meeting with Management and keeping record of same Statutory Compliance & Coordination with Govt authorities

 Ensuring compliance to meet legal regulations thereby mitigating potential legal risks for the Company

 Maintain factory documents like factory license, labour license, ID Card register, Form 15, etc.  Attend & complete documentation for the annual visit of Factory inspector, Labour inspector, Pollution control board and other various authorities. Job Specifications:

Qualification/s: - Graduate Work Experience: -

Preferred 5+ years of experience in Industrial Relations Key Competencies/Attributes: - Organisational Knowledge and Functional Expertise (Having knowledge of Company business, policies & procedures and driving its implementation.

Having knowledge of Statutory Laws & labour regulations relating to Factory set-up, contractor obligations and ensuring compliance in all matters) -

Organisational Skills & Work Quality (Ability to plan, organise and implement the actions required accurately having attention to detail and maintaining deadlines) - Interpersonal Skills & Teamwork (Promoting a healthy work culture by building and maintaining positive working relationships with employees, management and external contacts) - Counselling Skills (Ability to relate, empathise and provide emotional support, guidance and advice maintaining confidentiality) - Communication Skills (Ability to listen for understanding and having clarity while expressing thoughts/ideas/views) - Integrity (Being reliable, trustworthy, dependable, demonstrating the work ethics and values of the Organisation)

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
