Position - Sr / Enrolment Advisor (Higher Education / Edtech background is must)

As a Student Enrolment Advisor for the Asia region presenting UK, US and Asian Universities, you will use your sales and customer service expertise to help grow the university brand, achieve enrolment and revenue targets, and deliver an exceptional experience for every prospective student.

Reporting to the Director, India, you will be working as part of an international student recruitment team for an innovative international UK, US and Asian accredited institutions. The Student Enrolment Advisor, Asia will be responsible for meeting conversion and enrolment targets while providing an outstanding standard of service through a consultative, student-focused approach.
You will engage with prospective students throughout the enquiry and application journey, guiding them with professionalism to ensure a seamless and positive experience from first contact to enrolment.
- Meet the desired targets for every cohort by being on top of your input KPIs
- Proactively engage with prospective students in Asia who have enquired at the new university through various channels, including social media, phone calls, emails, events, and in-person meetings.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrolment process, addressing their questions, concerns, and educational goals.
- Provide excellent response times to potential student enquiries and continue to follow up to achieve enrolment and conversion targets.
- Execute outreach emails, WhatsApp, phone calls to prospective students.
- Address enquiries and question via Live Chat.
- Schedule and conduct prospective students’ online meetings, presenting the new university and encouraging them to enrol.
- Working with UK, US and Asian institutions-based admissions and faculty staff, schedule and conduct admissions interviews and assessments as needed
- If needed, assist students in completing application materials, including essays, transcripts, and letters of recommendation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to admissions requirements.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on course offerings, admission criteria, financial aid options, and scholarship opportunities.
- If needed work with the admissions team to ensure the timely processing and review of student applications, verifying completeness and accuracy of submitted materials.
- Contribute insights and feedback as the representative of Asia
- Provide feedback to the marketing team and to support the development of student recruitment campaigns
- Ensure the accuracy of data within the CRM and ensure the data capture of all potential students.
- Aid with reporting as required by downloading data for analysis and reports and supporting the creation of the student enrolment dashboard

- 5+ years’ sales & customer service experience ideally in higher education, student counselling & recruitment, ed-tech, highly competitive educational industries.
- Digitally savvy - understanding digital channels, CRM systems with the ability to follow up enquiries from online enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and Live Chat.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, student services, or related fields within higher education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations and build rapport with prospective students and families. You must be comfortable talking on the phone, presenting via online meetings, conducting face to face tours and selling the University Brand at career events and conferences.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support to students throughout the enrolment process.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Demonstrated initiative, independence, and a collaborative mindset, with a strong commitment to teamwork and achieving shared goals.
- A good listener with the ability to understand diverse perspectives and facilitate constructive dialogue.
- Proficiency in English & Hindi is required, proficiency in other languages a plus.
- Bachelor's qualifications ideal, particularly if you personally have experienced being an international student in a foreign country.
The Senior Enrolment Advisor plays a critical role in guiding prospective students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. This position requires a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The Senior Enrolment Advisor is responsible for meeting and exceeding enrollment targets, providing comprehensive information about academic programs, financial aid options, and career opportunities, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all applicants. This role also involves mentoring junior advisors and contributing to the strategic development of enrollment initiatives.
- Counsel prospective students and their families on academic programs, admission requirements, application procedures, and career pathways.
- Manage a robust pipeline of inquiries, applications, and enrollments, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Conduct informative and engaging interviews, presentations, and information sessions, both virtually and in-person.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding financial aid options, scholarships, and the application process.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date student records and communication logs within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate effectively with other university departments, including Financial Aid, Academic Affairs, and Student Services, to ensure a holistic student experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain qualified students, contributing to overall enrollment growth.
- Represent the institution professionally at recruitment events, college fairs, and community outreach activities.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior enrolment advisors, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.
- Ensure strict adherence to all institutional policies, federal regulations, and ethical standards related to admissions and recruitment.
- Analyze enrollment data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize recruitment efforts.
- Assist in the development of marketing and recruitment materials to effectively communicate the institution's value proposition.
